When I was a little girl my parents moved to England as they dreamt to have a better life than in our country, but they did not hear about the possibility called: Sell House Rent Back before. They were studying English, but they did not hear before the term: Stop Eviction. They got married during study, then I was born and after getting their diplomas moved directly to England, when I still was very small. My parents was renting small house in suburbs of London, but as every young family they wished to have their own place. They started organize mortgages matters as my dad had very good job in London. He had very good salary as he was professional informatics. Mum very fast forgot about her maternity leave and she was leaving me with her friend and going every day to office. She also had good financial conditions as secretary in industrial company. All was generally ok until I was fifteen years old, my dad had accident and mum had to resign of her job to take care of him. I wanted to help them, but parents were advising me to finish school and start to make my own career. We started to have problems with paying mortgage. Than my dad reminded possibility of Stop Eviction as many his friends were using this possibility not to loose their accommodation. We invited few companies to propose us the offer to buy our house and start to rent it to us. I will try to do my best to avoid problems with paying my own mortgage not to be forced to repeat my parent’s procedure with Stop Repossession as it was very humiliating experience for me as member of emigrant family.
