I was reading newspaper today as I had nothing more to do while my boss has summer holiday and went with kids abroad. I had read about Sell House Rent Back system, Property problems, Mortgage and Remortgage. It was boring me, but other articles were even worse than these. I simply had not any other newspaper, we were ordering only real – estate market journal as my boss was very interested to modern Stop Eviction and also to Stop Repossession campaign. Every time in this journal only texts about globalization, services, open borders, free transfer of citizens and goods – easier life, trade and business, technological development, but the same problems with keeping the house. People travel and move to live to other countries, where is better social life and conditions, where is better work, they work very hard to keep their apartment or house. Globalization does not support the individual units, it supports only mass culture, statistics and social groups, particular feelings of the people are not appreciated and considered, only money are important, human as a human lost its value. Until customer has money is took care of, but when he start to have some problems with cash flow firms stop to respect him and start to support him to make his situation better somehow. It would be better to help to find the solution than to chase his debt. Better life style, better salary, better education, but bigger frustration and fear of future with financial problems. In case of some problems with their house or apartment payments they are forced to use Sell House Rent Back system – company buys their house and rents them back. Globalization is like running train, giving people illusion to have better conditions, to have better finances while from other side they live in stress to loose their house and of financial problems. It is the biggest problem of modern, united world. Nobody cares about neighbor life and problems, so how the state clerks will be interested to change the law and support some poor families in their troubles? In such cases only special system Sell House Rent Back is the only possible solution. I was supporting social movements to Stop Repossession and also to Stop Eviction. I am simply against unfairness, I wish for everybody peaceful life, safety, mental health, happiness without being worried whole the time about money. It should be main activity of government – to Stop Repossession.
